We keep and grow our personal power when we have healthy internal boundaries with ourselves and the external world. These allow us to live fully aligned with our values and truth.
Ask yourself:
- How does something leave you feeling?
- What fills you? What depletes you?
- How do I choose what fills me?
- How do I release what depletes me?
- Is this aligned with my values?
