Book a
Session
Book by key topic or goal area(s)
We have two separate appointment calendars based on the type of coaching that interests you most.
Work, entrepreneurship, or book: planning, skills, tasks, and strategies.
- CVs, resumes, and work portfolios.
- Career direction and choices.
- Career growth goals.
- Career change, especially for those transitioning out of tech or adding non-tech work to a tech career.
- Exercises and conversations stemming from Debbie’s Life After Tech book (if about receiving work-related advice).
- Job applications, interviews, and candidate “challenges” or sample work.
- Moving into leadership.
- Entrepreneurship, creating a startup, or growing/scaling a business.
- Handling conflicts and power struggles.
- Strategies, priorities, decisions, research, information architecture, interaction design, and more related to customer and user experiences.
- Balancing user needs & business goals.
- Learning new skills, techniques, and methods.
- Feedback on your work, especially for those without a leader or manager who can check or advise on your work.
- Proving the value of our work, explaining what we do.
- Writing, speaking, and presenting.
- Planning, writing, editing, and other tasks related to self-publishing articles, presentations, and books.
This leans more toward work-related advising, consulting, and training.
Self-improvement, relationships, priorities, and removing obstacles.

- Creating and achieving goals.
- Life is messy.

This leans more toward life and ICF-style coaching.
Which should you choose?
Is it more about doing or finding work? Choose work-related advising.
Is it more about life or improving yourself as a person and reaching your goals? Choose life and ICF coaching.
We might end up with some overlap, but we’ll need to start somewhere!
You need business help.
If you want to pick our brain, get feedback on your startup, or have us try your new feature, please choose a paid work-related advising appointment. This is currently not time, advising, or consulting that we offer for free.
If your company is considering Delta CX for Fractional Leadership, training, business strategy, product and service strategy, process and team improvement, research, design, innovation, or something similar, it sounds like you’re a potential consulting client. Calls to discuss your needs or potential project are free, but are not coaching or advising calls. Please use our potential client calendar.
What does this cost?
Both types of coaching allow you to start with a free session. This helps us know if we’re a match. There is no obligation to have additional sessions.
If you wish to continue beyond the free session, you have two options:
- Pay as you go. Book time in the “Coaching” area of the calendar.
- Pre-paying for a discounted block of hours. Purchase a package in the “Coaching” area, and then book the time in the “Prepaid” area so that you’re not charged again. We’ll work against the prepaid block.
If you would like to book multiple coaching sessions on any cadence, please do! When you get your confirmation screen and email, both will have a link to book another session. This link has some of your info built in so you won’t need to fill it all in again.
Clear pricing
Session pricing is based on $100 USD per hour. Life and ICF-style coaching is temporarily discounted to $20 USD per hour while Debbie needs to accumulate practice hours for the ICF certification. If you schedule work-related advising in the life/ICF coaching calendar, you will be charged the difference.
